You agree to provide timely materials, approvals, and information necessary for us to complete requested work. You represent that you have the legal right to any content provided.
Final deliverables become your property upon full payment.
Drafts, templates, and source files remain the property of WithBreeze unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WithBreeze retains a non-exclusive right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless you provide written notice that the work is confidential.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WithBreeze’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall be limited to, at our sole discretion: (i) re-performance of the portion of services that gave rise to the claim, or (ii) a refund equal to one (1) week of fees under your active subscription. This shall be your sole and exclusive remedy. In no event shall WithBreeze be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or reputational harm.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WithBreeze and its employees from claims or damages arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
WithBreeze reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Customer Support Policy, or Privacy Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@withbreeze.co. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
